Position Summary:

The Patient Experience Manager is responsible for leading and implementing the patient experience program at St. Joseph Healthcare. This position works closely with the VP of Patient Care Services, Director of Quality, and clinical leaders to ensure the consistent delivery of a mission-driven, patient-centered experience. The Manager will focus on rounding, patient feedback, and continuous improvement to enhance the patient experience across the organization The patient experience manager identifies organizational opportunities to provide positive experiences and orchestrates the implementation of the St Joseph’s Hospital Experience Model to ensure that everyone delivers a consistent, mission-inspired experience.
Requirements
Education – Four year college (Bachelor’s Degree) Preferred

Experience:

3- 5 years
Certification(s): Certification in Patient Experience within 2 years of hire
