Clinical Supervisor Cognitive Community Care, LLC Maine • Remote Mental Health Clinical Supervisor (Per Diem / Part-Time – Fully Remote) Cognitive Community Care – Serving Maine Clients Cognitive Community Care is a mission-driven, startup mental health agency committed to delivering compassionate, community-centered care across Maine. We are implementing Section 17 Adult Case Management and Section 65 Outpaitent Therapy. We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team on a fully remote, per diem part-time basis (up to 10 hours per week). This role offers flexibility, meaningful work, and the opportunity to influence the development of an innovative program focused on equity, access, and client-centered care. What makes this opportunity unique Dual compensation structure: enjoy two competitive rates—an administrative rate for clinical supervision and program oversight, and a higher billable rate for conducting assessments and any direct therapy work.

Therapy is optional:

while ongoing therapy is not required, diagnostic mental health assessments are mandatory and billable. Path to

your performance will be reviewed at six months, with strong potential to transition into a full-time salaried role.

Fully remote:

work from anywhere, while serving clients across Maine without needing to commute or relocate. Position details

Hours :

Up to 10 hours per week, flexible scheduling

Compensation :

Administrative (supervisory) rate: competitive and aligned with experience/licensure Clinical (billable) rate: higher-tier compensation for each assessment or direct service Start date : As soon as available Key responsibilities Conduct group and individual supervision sessions to support clinician development and ensure high-quality client care Review and sign off on comprehensive assessments and Section 17 eligibility protocols for our case management program Complete required diagnostic mental health assessments (billable) Offer direct therapy services at your discretion Who you are A licensed clinician in Maine (LCSW / LCPC) CCS-certified or eligible Skilled in clinical supervision, assessment, and program protocol implementation specificaly for Section 17 and Section 65 Organized, clear communicator, and comfortable working independently in a virtual startup environment Motivated to shape and lead within a new, value-driven mental health program Must be efficient with time management and versed with Electronic Health Record systems Why work with us?
