The Emergency Department Clinical coordinator is a professional nurse holding a compact or State of Maine Nursing License who assists in the management of the Emergency Department here at York Hospital, York Maine.
This role provides direct service to patients and families as dictated by needs of the unit, consistent with professional training and experience.
Some essential duties include:
Has responsibility for the scheduling of nursing staff
Responsible for annual and ongoing staff evaluations
Develops and implements revision and report of Quality Improvement activities including Sepsis and Stroke
