• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Medicare to join our team. In this role, you will be trained to assist clients in understanding and accessing Medicare services while leading a team of dedicated professionals. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients and help them navigate their healthcare options.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support in all aspects of Medicare services.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored Medicare solutions.
• Utilize provided leads to reach performance thresholds and expand client relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your knowledge of Medicare policies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of service.

• Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Medicare-related role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
