This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and their families, from scheduling appointments to managing patient records and assisting with insurance verifications. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and their families in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic’s time. Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with insurance verifications and billing inquiries. Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure timely and efficient patient care. Handle patient inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus. Previous experience in a healthcare or dental office setting preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with dental management software is a plus.
