A mission-driven ABA organization, is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer to lead and build out their clinical operations in St. Louis, MO . This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with a growing provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized care to children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee clinical integrity, supervision, and program development Mentor and supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members Lead quality assurance, case reviews, and clinical documentation Collaborate on organizational policies and strategic growth Ensure compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines Serve as a clinical liaison for families and external partners

Requirements:

BCBA certification in good standing LBA (MO) or eligibility to obtain 5+ years of ABA experience , with 2+ years in leadership Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards Experience with children and adolescents with autism Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

$120,000.00 – $135,000.00 per year
