Assistant Manager-Clinic 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 220 Highway 12 West, Kosciusko, MS 39090 Overview Job Summary Responsible for the successful management and operation of medical practices to include one or more clinic sites. Provides staff including providers and all support staff with resources necessary to meet the needs of patients and meet the financial objectives of the organization. Performs all other duties as assigned. Job Responsibilities Oversees day to day operations of the clinic(s). • Responsible for assuring customer/patient needs are met. • Assist with staffing needs for the clinics Assist in ensuring all clinics remain in compliance. Completes assigned goals.
Experience Minimum Required:
Minimum 5 years experience in a rural health clinic setting or physicians practice with demonstrated leadership skills.
Education Minimum Required:
High School Diploma Special Skills Minimum Required:
working knowledge of medical terminology. Computer literacy Knowledge of health care issues, trends, legal compliance and managed care with emphasis in all components and nursing operations.
Licensure:
Minimum Required:
BLS certification within 14 days of hire date
