•Job Description•As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliverpost-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base whileserving as an advocate for customer needs. You will be responsiblefor the management of the strategy and operations of our Tier 1Help Desk team. You will manage a team of 10+ leads and a span of150+ associates delivering world class IT services to our 1000s ofend users in our healthcare clients. You will work collaboratively with our onsite IT leadership, ourTier 2 shared services teams and other key stakeholders tocontinuously improve the end-user customer experience with our ITsupport services. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiriesvia phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questionsregarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic SupportServices. A primary point of contact for customers, you areresponsible for facilitating customer relationships with Supportand providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees ondiverse customer situations and escalated issues. As an IT executive position, you will have successfully managed inpast assignments for several years in a customer servicesenvironment managing large teams in complex IT environments. Inaddition to having been an effective technical or professionalcontributor you will have experience in implementing continuousservice quality management practices. You may also be responsiblefor one or more functional areas chartered with both staff andcustomer goals. Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May beeligible for bonus and equity. Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligibleemployees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible forvacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours perweek, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the firstthree years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent yearsof employment.
