Our goal is to provide patients with the highest level of treatment available. As a treatment plan coordinator, you will be discussing patient finances and scheduling patients for surgical procedures . Candidate must be able to multi-task, have great attention to detail, strong customer-service skills, and a positive attitude to represent our practice. Knowledge of medical and dental insurances is a plus. As a specialty practice, we work directly with referring dentists. As such, it is important to assist in maintaining a professional and respectful relationship with all referring providers. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries effectively. Coordinate patient appointments and treatment plans, facilitating smooth communication between patients and providers. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Assist in managing patient flow and optimizing the scheduling process to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to improve patient experience and address any concerns promptly. Calling patients prior to schedule surgical procedures to inform them of their cost share. Managing hospital benefit verifications, hospital scheduling and prior authorizations.
