Job Description:

The Nurse Manager oversees department operations, collaborateswith healthcare teams, and ensures quality patient care in arespectful, accountable, and adaptable environment. Reports to the Director/Service Line Administrator and managesstaff, budgets, and departmental processes. Requires an Associate’s Degree (BSN preferred), minimum 7 years ofnursing experience, 2 years of supervisory experience, and RNlicensure. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, evaluatingactivities, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency andoutcomes.
