Located in our Taylorsville office, this positions primary responsibility is to assist individuals presenting for services with RHA both in person and on the phone. Candidates well suited for this position will possess proficient computer skills, specifically with MS Office Suite products as well as other electronic records & billing management and scheduling software. The ability to say organized and work efficiently is a plus! This position is expected to be self-directed, with primarily remote supervision. Preference will be given to individuals who demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems and manage unexpected circumstances in stride.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the Director in the analysis of the unit’s financial performance, through the development, processing, and analysis of performance reports, preparation of the budget and ensuing analysis of monthly financial reports.
Coordinating closely with department heads to establish and monitor systems that provide service user or employee information
Providing general building maintenance including ordering and maintaining office supplies, operating and maintaining office equipment as needed
Performing general office duties including typing documents, forms, and spreadsheets, distributing mail, answering office phones and greeting visitors, reviewing work logs to determine where additional clerical support is needed
Providing training and technical support to staff, reviewing, approving, and entering all time sheets and expense report submissions
Recruiting, interviewing and making recommendations for hiring of candidates, maintaining and reviewing local personnel files
This positions is responsible for interacting professionally with individuals to quickly gather information necessary to determine how best to address immediate needs. This includes confirmation of funding sources, including 3rd party commercial insurances, Medicaid, Medicare or determination of qualification for indigent funding. This position is also responsible for managing and coordinating schedules of clinical professionals providing services within the office setting. Other duties include management of petty cash, supply ordering, credit card expenditure reconciliation, tracking/reporting walk-in volume, managing referral information and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field, preferred
Accounting experience preferred
Valid Driver’s license and automotive insurance
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
