Job Description

Abound Health is seeking a Regional Manager to join our growing leadership team. In this role, you will oversee regional operations, provide clinical supervision, and ensure high-quality services for individuals receiving Innovations Waiver or State-Funded Services. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position reporting to our Executive Leadership Team. The position is based remotely within your assigned region, with regular travel required to offices, client homes, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative + Supervise Program Directors, QPs, support, and direct care staff. + Ensure office operations including timekeeping, vacation requests, and policy adherence. + Act as liaison with MCOs, external agencies, and the Abound Health corporate team. + Monitor and balance caseloads, ensure appropriate QP coverage. + Participate in team meetings and MCO activities. Clinical + Provide clinical oversight and supervise staff under QP contracts. + Coordinate new client intakes and service authorizations. + Document supervision activities and respond to incidents. + Participate in Human Rights Committee reviews and ensure compliance with behavioral plans.

Travel Requirements:

This role requires regular monthly travel throughout the assigned region to Abound Health administrative offices, MCO administrative offices, client homes, and community events. A valid driver’s license, safe driving record, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred. + 2+ years of supervisory experience in IDD services. + Meets requirements for credentialing as a Qualified Professional (preferred). + Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills. + Working knowledge of ISP implementation, task analysis, and Medicaid billing. + Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a safe driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base pay is determined by factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. Total compensation includes competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits beginning on your 60th day of employment. Our 401(k) plan is available after 12 months.
