What We Offer:
Competitive Salary:
$85,000 – $100,000 per year
Low Billable Hour Requirements:

We are dedicated to individualized and innovative treatment plans Your Role as a
BCBA:
As a BCBA, you will work closely with our expert team to create individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to encourage growth and progress for the children and families we serve.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Provide at-home, school, and/or on-site services as needed Monitor progress and modify goals and interventions to ensure positive change Train and supervise paraprofessionals (RBTs, BCaBAs) to ensure high-quality care Collaborate with families to provide training and support Work closely with schools and other therapies (ST, OT, PT, etc.) as needed Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports/treatment plans in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For:
BCBA Certification (or eligibility to sit for the certification exam)
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Team Player Mentality:
