We have been providing mental services for over 22 years in Iredell, Cabarrus, and Mecklenburg counties. Our vision is to provide compassionate care in a welcoming environment, inspire hope, and empower families. We offer an innovative approach to IIH service delivery by providing our IIH employees with extensive support from an IIH clinical team to assist delivery of high-quality services and can offer very competitive compensation. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working on a team, have initiative, and love working with youth. We offer full benefits, paid time off, and retention bonuses totaling $2k in the first year and $3k each year after. This position starts as salary for the first 30 days to complete training and then transitions to a pay per contact model at $120 per contact with an expectation of a minimum of 10 contacts per week. Position Summary:
The Intensive In-Home (IIH) Licensed Professional Supervisor will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy for each consumer served by the team, providing and coordinating the assessment and reassessment of the recipient’s clinical needs, providing clinical expertise and direction in regard to the team’s interventions used with consumers and families, and providing clinical supervision of all IIH team members.
Requirements:
Education :
Master’s degree in a relevant human services field such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school of graduate education required. Must be fully licensed or provisionally licensed professional in the state of North Carolina. Work experience : A minimum of one (1) year of documented clinical experience working with the population served is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Ability to identify with and understand another person’s experience and point of view. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and non-verbal, with a diverse population is essential. The ability to analyze information gathered from unbiased observation and communication is critical. Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior. Sound knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and career counseling and guidance.
Travel Requirements :
Home and Community based travel required. Some remote work may be available. Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance in good standing.
Essential Job Duties:
Conducts ongoing evaluation, assessment, counseling, and treatment to children/families in need of services. Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and addendums. Provides administrative and clinical supervision for each team member. Conducts weekly meetings with the Intensive In-Home team to provide supervision, monitors implementation of the Person-Centered Plan, manages productivity, and monitors the overall performance of the team. Provides and coordinates the assessment and reassessment of the recipient’s clinical needs, treatment progress, and treatment plan to best practice standards, both clinical and collateral/case management support. Contributes to and ensures that Quality Assurance benchmarks for service provision of IIH services, including monitoring treatment needs and progress over time, outcome tracking clients’ needs, thorough documentation, and transition/discharge planning. Ensures team compliance in administrative program requirements including authorization/reauthorizations, utilizing units/productivity, and documentation timeliness.
