Job Description
The Clinic Floor Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining an environment of patient-focused care while managing efficient coverage and workflow on the floor. This position will support the training of new clinic staff while providing consistent, core value clinical guidance to all clinic staff throughout the day and will not have any administrative duties. This is a full-time position with a full benefits package to include health, dental, vision, employer paid life insurance, Colonial Life policies, very generous PTO package, and 401K.

- Comprehensive Clinic Learning, Team Leadership, Cross Training of Employees, Clinical Staff Progress Reports, Equipment Repair and Maintenance, Supplies Management, Physician Relationship Building, Clinical Operations Oversight, Patient engagement, Regulatory Compliance, Communication/Professionalism.
Education/Experience:
- 3-5 years Clinic Assistant experience with current CMA or CCMA.
- Management experience of a clinical team preferred, will consider other management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Aptitude for resolving issues and conflicts that disrupt workflow as they occur.
- In-depth knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
