Director of Case Management Insight Talent Solutions, LLC Hickory, NC 28602 We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Director of Case Management (RN) to lead and oversee a comprehensive Case Management department at a respected acute care hospital in the foothills of North Carolina. Key Responsibilities Oversee case management, care coordination, and clinical resource management operations. Lead utilization review planning to align with patient needs, appropriate care levels, and Geometric Length of Stay (GLOS) standards. Develop and implement department goals, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations for case management and social work staff. Monitor and control departmental budgets while ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of professional development and continuous improvement. Maintain excellence in regulatory reporting, internal audits, and patient advocacy.
