Job Description

Dental Patient Coordinator- New Bern, NC 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 2048 Waterscape Way, New Bern, NC 28562 Riccobene Associates is looking for a full-time Dental Patient Coordinator to join the team at our New Bern office! As a Dental Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office by managing patient schedules, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to patients.

Responsibilities:

Manage patient schedules and ensure the dental office stays on schedule Greet and check-in patients, collect necessary information, and update patient records Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims Collect payments and provide financial and insurance information to patients Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

Requirements:
