Therapy Smarts, Inc. is looking to hire a dedicated and innovative Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a full-time capacity.

Therapy Smarts, Inc is a therapist owned private pediatric outpatient clinic providing SLP, PT, OT, Psychological evaluations, and ABA services to children of all ages and diagnoses in the Raleigh-Durham area. At Therapy Smarts, we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to therapy, drawing upon evidence-based and functional training of skills in order to improve the quality of life of those we serve.

Qualities that fit this opportunityMinimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required2 years with BT or RBT supervisory experience required.

Essential Job Functions:

Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.

Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.

Foster a positive team culture and support agency culture/morale.

Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring program progress and productivity.

Collaborate with other team members.
