Salary Range:
$100,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience Radical Healing Collaborative is seeking an experienced and visionary Clinical Director to lead our mental health services with an approach grounded in equity, community care, and liberation. The Clinical Director is a key member of the Core Organizing Team and will oversee clinical operations, supervision, strategy, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and administrative supervision across clinical and organizing teams Maintain a clinical caseload (~12 sessions/week) and provide clinical supervision Oversee clinical hiring, onboarding, and service delivery models Lead program development, training, crisis protocol implementation, and policy creation Ensure accessibility and alignment with Radical Healing’s mission and values Please note: Duties and responsibilities are subject to change and are not limited to those described in this posting or the full job description.
