Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is a respected provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to creating positive, lasting outcomes for children with autism. With locations throughout North Carolina, we deliver compassionate, evidence-based services in a supportive and inclusive environment. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Raleigh clinic. In this vital leadership role, you’ll oversee day-to-day clinical operations and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative leader who prioritizes clinical excellence and client success through high-quality ABA practices. Key Responsibilities Design and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans in alignment with best clinical practices Lead and support BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery and client progress Use data-based insights to assess treatment effectiveness and refine programs accordingly Foster team development through mentorship, training sessions, and continued education Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to deliver holistic care Ensure compliance with
HIPAA, BACB
ethical codes, and internal AutismCOE policies Contribute to operational strategies and growth initiatives within the clinic Qualifications Active BCBA certification (in accordance with BACB standards) Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license in good standing. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Minimum of 5 years of ABA experience, with supervisory experience preferred Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate clinical teams Strong commitment to clinical integrity and individualized care Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities
