$61,449 – $71,906 Pay is based on education, experience, and licensure level (associate or fully licensed) Build Your Purpose. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor Lead to provide the following services: Ensure that employees have the credentials, training, and supervision to be able to provide appropriate services and to grow professionally. Provide individual clinical supervision and case consultation to staff bi-weekly and/or as needed. Provide case consultation and crisis management response to/with staff and act as back-up to staff as needed. Implement plans-of-correction as needed with staff to assist staff in meeting job expectations and addressing professional development issues. Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files by completing personnel reviews in a timely manner. Providing training to staff on documentation/note-writing, community support skills, professional development, and other issues as needed.
Qualifications:
At a minimum, a Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology and 2 years’ experience in direct practice, working with clients with mental health and/or substance abuse issues. Must hold a current license, certificate, registration, or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession.
