Annual Description:
Oversees the safe, effective, and appropriate delivery of clinical and medical services provided through the outpatient clinic and halfway houses. Provide clinical oversight and supervision to the Outpatient Clinic and Halfway Houses, including, but not restricted to clinical assessment, development of treatment plans for clients, client census, aftercare planning, charting, maintenance of statistics, and completion of billing paperwork. Provides for the efficient and effective management of the day-to-day operations, both administrative and clinical, as specified in the Scope of Work/Service Definition. Participates in recruitment and retention of qualified staff that enhance the viability of the clinic and houses and further the mission and excellence of the organization. Also, work with HR when staff must be terminated. Works with the Clinical Director and Chief Executive Officer to evaluate the performance of the overall program, including budgeting, census, staffing needs, etc.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in human services/medical field Can be an LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LCAS Two years of experience in social work, nursing, counseling, health care management, or substance abuse and mental health services with director or Supervisor experience. Need to have experience working with Medicaid/IPRS, Substance Abuse/Mental Health Caseload.
