Description Patient Care Coordinator – R&R Med Spa (Durham, NC) | Part-Time | $18-$22/her | In-Person R&R Med Spa is a leading boutique med spa located in Durham, NC, committed to providing exceptional aesthetic care and a personalized client experience. We are looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to support our team and elevate the client journey from consultation through follow-up. This position is a vital part of our team, working alongside practitioners and injectors to ensure seamless communication, client education, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients before and after appointments Assist in creating and sharing personalized pre- and post-treatment care plans Manage and update patient profiles, including documentation and before/after photos Follow up with clients who haven’t visited in a while to support retention Answer questions and address concerns with a professional, friendly attitude Handle post-consultation payment discussions, freeing up time for clinical staff Coordinate follow-up appointments and ensure a smooth client experience Relay important updates or feedback between clients and practitioners
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, dependable, and professional Strong communicator with great attention to detail Quick learner and team player Organized and able to multitask Comfortable talking with clients about care and payments Open to training and growth Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus EMR or scheduling software experience is helpful but not required
