We have a unique opportunity for the right experienced SeniorProduct Management Leader who will be responsible for working withlarge Healthcare Institutional customers to define strategies,initiatives & programs that support their operational goals tobecome more efficient and improve patient care. We are particularlyfocused on creating a competitive advantage in the marketplace byenabling integration with less pain and faster than any other labin the market. As the Healthcare Institutional Portfolio Leader,you will be focused on creating new and/or expanding product andservice offerings to our customers in this important and highlystrategic market segment. You’ll be responsible for partnering withthe Hospital and Health Systems (HHS) business team and key accountleadership to create and deliver value-based solutions that solvespecific customer challenges and drive faster adoption, resultingin expanding existing business and winning new opportunities.

Youwill successfully grow our presence by applying your broadknowledge to bid responses, championing how our technology is usedto drive faster integration and implementation for our customers.

Not only must we be better in execution than everyone else in themarket, but we need to be able to package and describe thatadvantage with great simplicity and clarity during pre-sales and inresponses to RFPs. You will have a deep understanding of thehealthcare data and analytics space, particularly around creatingtechnology solutions that differentiate us from our competitorswhile continuing to expand our partnership with strategicaccounts.

What You Will Do Build and lead a team of talented product specialists includingat least one specialist dedicated to RFP responses that willpartner with our HHS business team on roadmaps for existingproducts and creation of next generation solutions. Produce, maintain and evolve a customer centric approach to howwe describe the value of our products, solutions and servicesacross the breadth of the portfolio. Confidently and credibly champion our customer valuepropositions by leading executive pre-sales customer presentations,conducting due diligence analysis and serving as a subject matterexpert in industry forums and conferences. Work closely and cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, HHS,Product Development, Marketing and Strategy & Innovation teams todevelop solutions that solve specific customer challenges. Champion the technology contribution for product proposals,RFIs, RFPs and contract negotiations. Analyze market and industry trends, customer needs, competitivethreats and expansion opportunities. Support HHS and Divisional sales personnel providing specialistproduct expertise to sales and operations. Provide specific industry and product expertise to facilitatethe closing of large deals, working with HHS and Sales to defineproposed solutions and accelerated implementation strategies. Manage qualified solution opportunities to obtain appropriateand necessary investment and resources.

About You You have extensive experience building and leading highperformance product management teams. You are passionate about solving your customer’s most pressingbusiness challenges with creative solutions and services. You have the ability to operate effectively in an abstract,white-space and concept-driven environment. You thrive in collaborating with cross-functional teams anddisciplines resulting in significant business growth. You desire to work in an innovative, fast-growing company withan entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements 10+ years of experience in a senior level product managementleadership role with strong knowledge of the healthcareindustry. Demonstrated achievement of goals as a result of defining,developing and delivering creative solutions that providesubstantial customer value. Ability to translate software, technology, and data into aresonating value proposition from c-suite to end users at alllevels across the enterprise.
