Carolina Caring is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as Director, Clinical Team for our Homecare program. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory guidelines. The Director will lead a dedicated team of clinicians, ensuring appropriate staffing, clinical supervision, and delivery of patient-centered care in both home and community settings. This position plays a vital role in maintaining clinical quality and operational efficiency while meeting the needs of patients and their families. PM Salaried Position Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required. Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required. Must maintain CPR certification.

Experience:

Must have five to seven years of clinical experience to include a minimum of one-year acute hospital experience and two years of hospice/home health experience required. Hospice inpatient facility experience and at least two years supervisory/management health care experience preferred; must have strong understanding of end-of- life decisions and the ability to understand complex equipment and procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises all clinical field staff, either directly or through subordinate managers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and discipling employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
