Director of Palliative Care 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Statesville, NC 28625 Director of Palliative Care A full-time (40 hours/week) leadership position is available in our Palliative Care Department. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Applicants must have an advanced degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. The Director of Palliative Care is responsible for overseeing the operations and clinical performance of the Palliative Care Department. This includes supervision of interdisciplinary team members, guiding care delivery, ensuring quality standards, and implementing new programs to enhance service. The Director is both a clinical and operational leader—promoting collaboration, supporting staff, and ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care that aligns with the mission and values of HPCIC.
