Summary:
The Community Programming Assistant provides a key role in organizing the flow of activities throughout services, programs and classes provided by CCH. Supports the clinical staff of Corporate Health, Community Health, Cardiac Rehab, CAPDA, HIVCM and the LMH Foundation with computer and word processing services and office support. Functions as the billing coordinator for the CAPDA and HIVCM Programs.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison and coordinates other disciplines involved in the implementation of support groups and specific community events . Works on and off site with Business and Industry populations and general community members. Works with the Financial Dept. at LMH and insurance representatives for Medicaid billing. Safeguards client confidentiality.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma required. Prefer AS/ BS in health related field or marketing.
EXPERIENCE
3 years experience in complex work environment. Experience in health related field desired. Healthcare billing experience strongly recommended. Must be PC proficient in Word and Excel.
LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION
BCLS certified.
OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be self directed with leader qualities. Practices independent decision making. Must possess professional image as visibility in community is required with this position. Must be able to manage multiple tasks. Plans and markets within program guidelines to diverse cultural groups.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Travel Required. Some early am work-site and weekend hours required.
