Actively seeks staff and provider buy-in for change by implementing new processes in a way that includes their involvement and input. Demonstrates responsiveness to the needs of medical providers by designing processes to minimize provider downtime and optimize scheduling of patient visits. Monitors key performance indicators and implements performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient service, delivery of clinical care, staff communication, and overall efficiency of medical center operations. Cultivates an open, honest, collaborative, and healthy work culture. Responds to the concerns of patients, providers, and staff patiently and helps everyone succeed.
Essential Job Duties:
Provides day-to-day leadership in support of the organization’s strategic plan, mission, core values, and objectives. Reports monthly to the Board of Directors regarding organizational goals and developments. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals, ensuring operational plans support strategic objectives. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, recommend and implement new tools/processes, optimize resource allocation, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and productivity. Manages and oversees Pharmacy and Outpatient Physical Therapy departments to ensure seamless workflow, and implements performance management processes. Manage the medical centers to optimize expenses and cash flow, develop financial models, and oversee financial decisions related to the operational expenses for the centers. Manages and oversees all medical centers. Collaborate with the ED, executive leadership team, and other directors to develop and execute operational strategies. Ensure alignment between operational goals and overall business strategy, contributing to the company’s long-term success. Responsible for Clinical UDS input/reporting. Clinical point person for HRSA on-site visit, and any other regulatory agency. Participates in monthly Quality Committee meetings and collaborates with QI Director, Medical Director, Clinical Supervisor, and informatics personnel to improve quality metrics and outcomes across the organization. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare administration or nursing required. Master’s degree in business/healthcare administration or public health preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ practice management experience managing large provider groups required.
Other:
Valid N.C. Driver’s License and dependable transportation. Excellent communication skills to deal with the public and staff.
