As the Audiology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of dedicated audiologists and support staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and driving the delivery of innovative audiological services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical protocols, managing departmental workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Primary Objective The Audiology Department Manager is responsible for the operations of CEENTA’s Audiology department to ensure a productive environment for the Audiology team and maintain CEENTA’s standards for a patient-centered experience. Essential Functions Overseeing the daily operations of the CEENTA Audiology department regarding staff, schedules, operations and procedures. Consultations with Sr. Director of Ancillary services for establishing departmental policies, business operations and long-term planning for CEENTA Audiology department. Collaboration Calibration with all departments, management and staff. Evaluating and implementing standard diagnostic and rehabilitative established protocols as advised by the clinical audiologist based on evidence-based practice. Completing regular clinical Audiology site visits. Scheduling of all Audiology equipment, repairs and purchasing. Leading and coordination of regular Audiology meetings. Scheduling, preparing and advising Audiology staff during regularly established coaching sessions. Overseeing the continued development of CEENTA’s Audiology Extern Program. Reconciling, evaluating and management of hearing aids and supplies. Completing and submitting required paperwork and scheduling appointments for third party payers. Review of audiology department denials and working with revenue cycle of decreasing first pass denials. Ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the position. The ability to work on-site.
