Job Description
BU Site Coordinator
The BU site coordinator is responsible for Basic daily operations of the PICs, RIS and HL7. They will oversee equipment maintenance, systems testing, upgrading, and any necessary installations Provide single point of contact with radiologists and site admin/management. Escalation path for issues. Staff, Admin, Rads. Go-between for support staff and site for communication etc. Supervise/work closely with FSO resources and FSO leadership to ensure positive experience for client. Work closely with Local Operations resources and leadership to ensure positive experience for client. Lead P1 bridges for assigned BU, regardless of impacted tower. Perform RCS (Root Cause Analysis) on P1 incidents for assigned BU. Write technical documentation, end user documentation, and KBs for applications and technologies used by the BU. Create and update Runbooks for clinical applications. Train end users, local ops, and radiologists (shouldn t be) Provide legacy and tribal knowledge of BU. Perform testing of clinical applications in both the Test and Production environments Review open tickets throughout the day. Help shepherd them along to prevent tickets languishing. Help improve ticket hygiene. Keep inventory of onsite and remote rad stations PC, Monitors, peripherals Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
