In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that support children in achieving their developmental goals. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of each child. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and best practices in ABA. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulations. Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies. Stay current with developments in the field of ABA and participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience in providing ABA therapy, particularly with children diagnosed with ASD. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis.
