With a team of over 25 therapists and growing, we are deeply committed to clinician development, client-centered care, and community impact. As part of our continued support for provisionally licensed staff, we are seeking a contract Clinical Supervisor to offer supervision in alignment with North Carolina board requirements.. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of diagnostic evaluation, patient assessment, and case management. This role involves managing clinical staff, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and providing exceptional support to patients, particularly those with autism and other developmental challenges. This part-time, 1099 contract role is for an experienced LCSW who will provide individual and/or group supervision for pre-licensed clinicians (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA) and also see 5-10 clients per week as part of their clinical workload. You’ll play a critical role in mentoring early-career therapists and supporting their development within the ethical and professional standards of practice. Duties Provide clinical supervision in line with NC licensing board standards Supervise and manage clinical staff to ensure effective delivery of patient care. Support clinicians with case consultation, documentation, and ethical decision-making Maintain supervision logs and documentation Communicate with practice leadership as needed Provide direct clinical services to 5-10 clients per week Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to develop appropriate treatment plans. Oversee case management processes, ensuring that all documentation adheres to HIPAA standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Coordinate home community care services for patients, ensuring their needs are met in a supportive manner. Work closely with families and caregivers to provide guidance and support for children with autism. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in patient care and management.

Requirements:

A minimum of five years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably experience working with children, adolescents, and families. A minimum of three years working as a clinical supervisor Experience supervising LCSWAs A Qualified Supervisor with the

NC LCMHC

Board to supervise LCMHCAs Has undergone clinical supervision training or relevant continuing education Experience with various modalities Professional liability insurance Proven experience in diagnostic evaluation, patient assessment, and case management. Comfortable with telehealth platforms (if remote supervision provided) Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing clinical teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and staff. Experience in home community care settings is highly desirable.
