Front Desk Patient Coordinator Shah-Khan Dentistry Charlotte, NC 28207 Job Summary Small, one doctor General Dentistry practice seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. Prefer at least 2 years experience in a dental office with exceptional customer service and claims/billing experience. DAII certification is a bonus. Our practice is located near uptown Charlotte in the Myer’s Park area. Wonderful office with amazing staff, that works to provide a great work-life balance. The right candidate must be a team player with an out-going personality. Full-time, Monday-Thursday. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address inquiries. Provide excellent patient service by addressing concerns and facilitating communication between patients and dental provider. Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with the medical team to streamline operations and enhance patient experience. Experience Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred. Familiarity with filing dental claims and handling appeals. Strong skills in patient service and phone etiquette are essential. Proficiency in using office equipment and Eaglesoft. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and staff alike.
