We are currently seeking a qualified facility Medical Records Coordinator to join our team at Peak Resources Charlotte. Our beautiful facility is located just minutes from uptown Charlotte at 3223 Central Ave., Charlotte, NC. Excellent compensation and benefits! Role Responsibilities Accountable for the electronic health record keeping procedures and storage of all resident medical records in a manner consistent with facility policies and procedures, professional standards, and State and Federal laws and regulations for long-term care facilities.
Requirements:
