Full Time 8-hour Shift Monday•Friday 7:40am-5pm
What You’ll Do:
Greet and check-in patients upon arrival Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Communicate with patient families via email and text Maintain patient records and update information as needed Assist with insurance verification and billing processes Coordinate referrals to specialists as necessary Provide administrative support to healthcare providers Present and review dental treatment plans Maintain scheduling goals Daily KPI reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and efficiently with staff, leadership, and patient families
