Job Description

Regional Director – ABA Services 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 7809 Sardis Road, Charlotte, NC 28270 Solving Autism LLC is seeking the right individual to join our growing team as the “Regional Director.” We are privately owned by a practicing BCBA, offering clinic and community-based ABA services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. If you are a BCBA with leadership experience looking grow in a new direction, we want to hear from you! The vision for this role would include collaboration, mentorship and oversight of our clinic locations in NC and SC. We are looking for a charismatic leader looking to foster community between all sites, drive positive change and expand the mission of Solving Autism. Inspiring teams through mentoring and hands-on involvement is our goal. The right individual for the Regional Director role will be a self-starter with advanced ABA knowledge, who is a passionate advocate for high-quality services across childhood, adolescence and the transitional years into adulthood. Salary Range – $90,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or a related field.
  • BCBA-certified with proof of completion for the BACB’s 8 hr. Supervision Course.
  • At least five years experience in the ABA Field as a BCBA, with progressive leadership experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations.
  • Extensive experience with Supervision, program modifications and differentiated implementation strategies for
DTT & NET

style instruction

  • Advance knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across multiple sites.
  • Proven efficiency for timely and professional responses to emails and phone calls from stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Willingness to maintain all industry and employer required certifications, including BCBA credentials and CEU requirements,
CPR/First Aid, QBS:

Safety Care, and trainings for OSHA and Leadership topics. Preference will be given to Candidates who:

  • Have extensive experience working with EMR system – Central Reach.
  • Are familiar with the BHCOE Accreditation standards.
  • Share our passion for supporting behavior technicians and student analysts of all experience levels.

Responsibilities of the

Regional Director:
  • Responsible for monitoring a variety of KPI’s related to the efficiency and quality of each clinic site.
  • Lead conversations and growth initiatives for each clinic site, as the company as a whole.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategies, goals and initiatives.
  • Supervise, train and provide ongoing support to Clinic Administrators and staff.
  • Act as a point of contact for clinic and client-related concerns. Assist in mediation and offer support to staff to problem solve effectively.
  • Evaluate the performance and productivity of Clinic Directors and Clinical Team members through the completion of reviews, and review of utilization.
  • Visit all clinic sites at regular intervals to provide in-person support, guidance and mentorship.
  • Aide in establishment, modification and review efficiency of Operational practices.
  • Assist in planning and implementation of new service offerings (I.E. SLP/ OT services, Social skills groups, expansion of services available for teens and young adults, etc.)
  • Identify regional service needs and brainstorm opportunities to improve services offered.
  • Assist in launching of new clinics.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strives to foster partnership with families, additional providers and community members to ensure wrap-around support for all individuals served.
