Position:
Operations Manager The Operations Manager (OM) oversees the day-to-day operations of our ABA center. This includes scheduling, staffing, employee engagement, social media, facility management, and resource allocation. The OM works closely with the Center Director and clinical team to ensure high-quality service and compliance with standards in a positive work environment.
Location:
Onsite at our Southern Pines clinic (Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM)
Salary:
$55,000-$65,000+ (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations and implement policies to boost productivity Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and employee engagement Oversee client intake, scheduling, and communication Ensure the center is safe and well-maintained Manage budget, monitor expenses, and seek cost-saving opportunities Ensure program compliance and monitor effectiveness Serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and staff Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risks Identify areas for operational improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Business or Healthcare Administration 2+ years of operations management experience (preferably in healthcare or behavioral health) Knowledge of ABA principles preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in
