We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a welcoming and informative experience. Please note this position is located full time in person in our Pinehurst, NC location office. What you have High school degree or equivalent 1+ year of experience in an office or medical setting Experience using an EHR system preferred, but not required Medical office experience preferred Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask What you’ll do Manage all front office functions including patient communication, check-in and check-out, scheduling, billing, patient questions and answering phones Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance Order lab work for patients Prep procedure rooms (including cleaning and handling syringes) Clean procedure rooms and bathrooms Stock and track inventory Travel up to 10% for training or development opportunities We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
