Role Overview:

Support the General Manager in overseeing nightly service and maintaining the highest hospitality standards. Lead by example—be present on the floor, actively engaging with guests and supporting the team. Train, coach, and motivate staff to consistently deliver thoughtful, intuitive service. Assist in managing the flow of service and resolving guest concerns with grace and urgency. Foster a culture of warmth, excellence, and accountability among the team.
