Director – Clinical Home Health 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Asheboro, NC Assures that planning, patient care and service delivery, financial and human resource management, customer service and performance improvement functions are provided at the highest level. Supervises Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists, LPTA, Occupational Therapists, COTA, Speech Therapists, Medical Social Workers, Home Health Support staff and any other visiting field staff. Graduate from an approved School of Nursing, licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. BSN preferred. Advanced knowledge of nursing theories and practices. Ability to apply principles of personnel administration to the selection and placement of workers. Acquaintance with demands of nursing and health fields, outside and inside the hospital. Experience in an administrative capacity or evidence of leadership abilities as an RN required; experience in clinical area and specialty certification preferred.
