- Friday The Urgent Care Clinic Supervisor is a full-time position.
Responsibilities Oversee the utilization management and daily business operations of their assigned clinics. Demonstrates a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative and regulatory aspects of the clinics. Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the clinics. Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific clinics. Responsible for utilization management, clinical support management, quality improvement, client relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management and problem solving. Acts as liaison to senior management. Perform other duties as assigned. Why BayCare? - CMA (Medical Assistant); Or
- ARRT (Radiologic Technologists); Or
- BMO (Basic Machine Operator); Or
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Education Required
- associate’s degree plus 2 years of medical office experience Required
- Or eligible certification (CMA, BMO, LPN, ARRT) with 2 years’ medical office experience. Experience Required
- 1 year Lead Role in a related field.
