Patient Relations Coordinator/Front Desk administrator 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 1900 Wellness Boulevard, Monroe, NC 28110 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Patient relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks within a Dental office environment. The Patient relations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using systems such as Oryx and Mango. Maintain accurate patient records, including care plans and medical collections. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Respond to patient inquiries regarding dental terminology and office procedures. Collaborate with Dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the office. Qualifications Previous experience in a Dental office or similar administrative role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Dental practice management software or other relevant systems is a plus. Strong understanding of dental terminology and care plans. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Knowledge of Dental Insurance revenue cycle management processes is advantageous.
