This is an opportunity to shape a clinic’s success and make a lasting impact on families by expanding access to life-changing services. Our clinical leaders are supported by a network of the top BCBAs and with training and guidance by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team including Dr. Linda Leblanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Gregory Hanley, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, Dr. Anthony Cammilleri, and Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Charna Mintz.
What You’ll Do:
Lead with
Vision:
Direct the clinical framework for a brand-new center, providing world-class ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), while guiding a passionate team of BCBAs and RBTs, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay:
$100,000 – $105,000- Ability to earn 115K or more per year with base, bonus and ownership incentive with strong performance.
Monthly Bonus :
Earn up to $2,000 per month, totaling up to $24,000 annually in bonuses. Unlock an
ADDITIONAL
$30,000 + in Long-Term Bonuses! Earn additional performance-driven rewards, with payouts tied to key clinical goals and company performance
