Responsibilities:

Direct and grow the behavioral health department Provide clinical services (individual and/or group therapy) Collaborate with other providers for holistic treatment plans Supervise clinical staff or interns as needed Assist in developing community outreach and wellness programs

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (Required) North Carolina Licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist – Required) Minimum 3 years clinical experience; leadership or program development experience preferred Passion for integrated care and innovative treatment approaches
