Company-provided laptop Key Responsibilities Oversee all child-specific ABA programs , ensuring the highest clinical standards Provide leadership and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff Collaborate with families to ensure client progress and treatment effectiveness Implement evidence-based treatment plans and monitor data-driven decision-making Conduct staff training, supervision, and professional development Ensure compliance with HIPAA and BACB guidelines Drive strategic growth of the Baltimore clinic while maintaining clinical excellence What We’re Looking For BCBA Certification (per BACB guidelines) Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field 5+ years of ABA experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong passion for clinical quality and client success Proven ability to lead teams, mentor clinicians, and collaborate effectively Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills Be Part of Something Bigger If you’re looking for a leadership role where you can make a meaningful impact while growing your career, we’d love to connect with you!
