Regional Clinic Supervisor Position Available In Wake, North Carolina

Regional Clinic Supervisor 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 5205 Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27616 Above & Beyond Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Clinic Supervisor to oversee the operations and management of our clinics across North Carolina. This leadership position is critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of all our clinic locations and providing guidance and support to clinic administrators. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and administrative roles, with a specific focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) administration.

In this role you will:

Oversee the daily operations and management of multiple clinic locations across North Carolina. Assist in launching new clinics and establishing operational processes Supervise, train, and provide ongoing support to Clinic Administrators and staff. Ensure clinics are running efficiently. Develop, implement, and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and protocols to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic goals and initiatives for the region. Act as a point of contact for all clinic-related issues and support staff in problem-solving. Regularly travel to all clinic locations.

Outstanding candidates will have:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Clinic Supervisor, Regional Manager, or similar position. Ability to effectively manage multiple locations and lead a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and clients. Ability to travel frequently to clinics across North Carolina.
