Salary:

Drive talent acquisition,development, and retention strategies.
Project Delivery:
Lead aproduction team in project execution, providing resource managementand solutions to complex technical challenges. Coach, train, andmentor design professionals to foster growth and teamwork.
ResourceCoordination:
Oversee resource scheduling to manage workloads andensure timely project completion.
Quality Assurance:
Establish,promote, and maintain high standards of quality in all projects andteam activities.
Proposal and Contract Management:
Developproposals and contracts with appropriate scope, profitability, andscheduling considerations.
Client Relationship Building:
Understandclient needs to identify new opportunities and promotecross-selling of McAdams’ services.
Strategic Planning:
Developboth short- and long-term strategic plans for the Water/Wastewatersector.
Financial Oversight:
Ensure profitable operation within theWater/Wastewater practice area.
Industry Representation:
RepresentMcAdams at professional events, participate in industryorganizations, and grow as a thought leader regionally andnationally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) inengineering; Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 10 yearsof relevant experience and/or training. Strong motivation to buildand expand a Water/Wastewater practice. Technical expertise incivil engineering, specifically related to Water/Wastewaterprojects. Proven leadership skills, with the capability to leadprojects independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated ability tomanage and cultivate key client relationships. Solid understandingof budgeting, revenue targets, and profitability expectations.
Strategic thinker with a track record of preparing and executinggrowth plans. Established community relationships beneficial todeveloping a Water/Wastewater practice. Interested in hearing more?
