From implementingpreventative maintenance programs to maintaining a survey-readyfacility, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an efficient,safe, and reliable environment for patients and staff. You’ll alsobe responsible for budget planning, policy development, andfostering a professional, collaborative culture within yourteam. Ideal candidates will bring a bachelor’s degree in engineering orequivalent experience, with at least five years ofhealthcare-related plant operations leadership. CertifiedHealthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) credentials are preferred,alongside expertise in automated building systems, projectmanagement, and compliance standards.
