Responsibilities Maintaining proper scheduling of the clinic RBTs. Manage the day to day maintenance of the clinic Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assistance in the hiring of new RBTs. Facilitate training sessions for staff on medical terminology, patient care protocols, and documentation practices. Assistance with the training and onboarding of new RBTs. You must make yourself available for supervision, phone conferences and team meetings deemed necessary by your supporting BCBA. Ensure that all clinic policies and procedures are followed consistently by all staff members. Qualifications Proven experience in a clinical management role or similar position within a healthcare setting. 1 year as an ABA Therapist Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
