FOH Hospitality Lead Location:

At Pig & Grits, we’re looking for a FOH Hospitality Lead —a leader who combines the operational know-how of an FOH Manager with the people-first presence of a Hospitality Lead.   • Lead and Coach the
FOH Team:

Inspire and develop a high-performing crew by modeling excellence, providing feedback, and supporting growth.

  • Drive a
Hospitality-First Culture:

Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike. Be a consistent, approachable presence in the dining room.

    Oversee FOH Operations:

    Lead daily service flow, shift execution, floor coverage, and staff scheduling while maintaining cleanliness, ambiance, and organization.

      Ensure Guest Satisfaction:

      Handle guest comments and concerns with grace and professionalism, ensuring every table leaves happy—even when we make mistakes.

        Support Scheduling and Labor Efficiency:

        Create smart, flexible weekly schedules. Use Homebase and POS tools to track time, and maximize efficiency.

        • Own the
        Guest Experience:

        From greeting to goodbye, ensure our guests receive the level of service and attention they deserve—and expect—from Pig & Grits.

          Uphold Visual and Cleanliness Standards:

          Be the eyes and ears on the floor—monitoring music, lighting, restrooms, table setup, and dining room flow.

            Support Team Communication & Coverage:

            Ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH, help cover host/serving gaps, and step into key roles when needed. What Makes You a Great Fit

            • You’re a confident leader who’s warm, guest-focused, and unshakably professional
            • You have experience leading in hospitality or restaurant settings (2+ years preferred)
            • You understand how to balance staff needs, guest needs, and business operations
            • You have a calming presence under pressure and lead with a steady hand
            • You care deeply about people, quality, consistency, and integrity
            • You’re tech-comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, and basic reporting tools What We Ask Of You
            • Leadership experience.
            • ServSafe Certified or willing to obtain
            • Reliable transportation and flexible availability
            • Able to lift 55+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods What You Get
            Pay:

            $18-$22/hr based on experience
